Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use – MyVitaria
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) are concluded between:
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These T&Cs define the conditions under which Users may access the site and purchase products offered by MyVitaria.
Article 2 – Acceptance
By placing an order, the Customer confirms having read and accepted these T&Cs, as well as the Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.
Article 3 – Products and prices
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). MyVitaria reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are placed via the website and are confirmed upon full payment. A confirmation email is sent.
Article 5 – Delivery
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics or carrier operations.
Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, MyVitaria is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Article 6 – Delivery confirmation
Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier (including tracking confirmation, GPS scan, or delivery photo), the delivery is considered completed.
MyVitaria cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels after this status.
The Customer must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
Article 7 – Returns and withdrawal
The Customer has a 14-day cooling-off period.
Returns must comply with the Returns & Refunds Policy, including conditions regarding item condition and return shipping costs.
Article 8 – Proof requirements
In case of defective, incorrect, or damaged items, the Customer must provide photo or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
Without valid proof, claims may be refused.
Article 9 – Liability
MyVitaria shall not be held liable for:
- misuse of products
- incorrect size selection
- indirect damages
- carrier-related issues
Article 10 – Fraud prevention
MyVitaria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or request in case of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Article 11 – Governing law
These T&Cs are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory UK consumer rights.
