Shipping Policy – MyVitaria

 

Shipping area

MyVitaria delivers primarily within the United Kingdom. Other destinations may be available at checkout depending on logistics.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours once payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. These are indicative and not guaranteed, and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

 

Order tracking

A shipping confirmation email is sent once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, including tracking details where available.

 

Shipping fees

Where indicated, Free UK Delivery applies. Otherwise, shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

Delivery address

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
MyVitaria cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery confirmation & liability

Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by the carrier (including GPS confirmation, delivery scan, or photo proof where applicable), the delivery is considered completed.

In such cases:

  • MyVitaria cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels
  • The customer must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation

Assistance may be provided only if the carrier confirms the parcel as officially Lost.

Lost or damaged parcels

In case of loss or damage during transport, the Customer must contact MyVitaria at contact@myvitaria.com with supporting evidence.

Policy acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted this Shipping Policy.
